Need a Different Size/Color?
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no longer offer merchandise exchanges in the traditional sense. With our 5 Day Shipping Worldwide, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
Girlfriends Material will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise all with their original tags, for return or exchange within 25 days from the shipping date. Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our warehouse. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
- All returns packages must be received within 25 days of the date your order shipped from us.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Returns are processed within 10 business days of package receipt.
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
- We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
The following items are non-refundable:
- Returns received after 25 days of the original order shipment date
- Returns received in damaged or worn condition
- Intimates (including the following shapewear: contouring panties, shorts, and corselets, and the following seamless items: bras, leggings, dresses, and tanks), tights, socks, bookstore, cosmetics, and final sale items
- Free gifts
- Final Sale and Sale items may not be returned
The following items are returnable for store credit only:
- Returns received more than 25 days after the original order shipment date (late returns may also be subject to a 60% restocking fee)
Follow the directions on the back of the packing slip to return merchandise for credit or exchange. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
You can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
